Samples and order process
a.) contact us for a free information packet including paper, wording and lettering samples along with a bonus sample of a graewulf studio original design.
b.) discuss with us your personal thoughts and ideas that we may create 3 unique samples designed specifically for your occasion (phone and in area consultaions are available, e-mail for details). a $15 fee will apply for this service which will then be deducted from your final purchase price (on any order totaling over $100). you will receive these samples with in 10 business days of the receipt of your payment (unless otherwise discussed during consultation).
c.) choose your favorite or a combination of any of the options and we will create a proof with your information and return it to you with in 7 business days. (for each additional proof there will be an $8 non-refundable production fee.)
d.) place your order with a 50% deposit. once payment is received allow 4-6 weeks for production. (the 50% deposit is proof of your approval of the design.)
e.) once your order is complete we will notify you, and upon receipt of your remaining balance your product will be shipped.
the whole process should take between 10-12 weeks depending on your orders complexity.
